DUROSAVE® - count on reliability
The new factory made deep protection for permanent coating of paving and flagstone systems made by GODELMANN. DURO stands for durability SAVE for security.
The coating is crystal-clear and preserves over many years the typical structure and beauty of the materials.
Simply a clean affair
Thanks to DUROSAVE® soiling - e.g. caused by mud, grass, oil, fat, chewing gum or natural weather effects - cannot adhere and penetrate the surface. The result is an easy to clean surface which remains attractive for many years.
Permanent & reliable
DUROSAVE® is the new depth protection permanent coating of paving and flagstone systems. With the specially developed DUROSAVE® technology core and face concrete have already received effective protection from the inside. Then in the next multistage refining procedure a clear coating is applied in two layers to the surface and is permanently bounded with the stone using a special energy supply. The pores of the concrete are then closed and the stone is permanently sealed and protected.
DUROSAVE® - lotus effect
For the coating of our products we use high-quality nano lacquer. The low viscous flow base coat with high penetration ability is capable of penetrating deeply into the pores of the concrete face and sealing it. The top coat provides adhesion and hardness, thereby imparting a lasting lotus effect to the surface. The coating is crystal-clear and preserves the natural beauty of the materials.
Please, point out the following points to DUROSAVE® customers: do not place concrete, metal and ceramics directly on DUROSAVE® surfaces! Sharp edged and pointed objects must be covered with plastic, rubber or felt! Avoid stagnant moisture, particularly under plant buckets or vases!
DUROSAVE® depth protection
The unique DUROSAVE® depth protection technology permanently seals surfaces against dirt.

Processing: For joint filling we recommend the use of wet mortar. Flagstones coated with DUROSAVE® may not be filled with dry mortar sand (increased risk of scratching marks on the surface). Before compacting with a concrete vibrator the flagstones must be free of dirt, sand or grit.
.Maintenance: for regular cleaning we recommend DUROSAVE® polish.
Light scratches on the surface (caused by abrasive contact) disappear in the course of time by use, effects of the weather and regular care ("DUROSAVE® polish" diluted). Deeper scratches can be minimized with "DUROSAVE® polish". Products with acidification and alkaline reactions must not be used.
Assembly: Top coat, base coat, face concrete, core concrete.
INTRACLEAN®
INTRACLEAN® is a deep protection for large size paving stones and flagstones of the brands SCADA® fino and SCADA® finerro. In the production process the pre-cast layer is provided with a regenerative, -physicochemical surface protection. This causes the so-called hydrophobic effect and the surfaces are less susceptible to dirt and are easier to clean.
The big advantage of INTRACLEAN®: The optic of SCADA® surfaces will not be altered.
